In my 1:1 coaching, I only take on a limited amount of coaching clients per month.

COMMON QUESTIONS YOU MAY CONSIDER
Is there a refund policy?
If after the 1st two sessions you feel it isn't a fit, you are welcome to pay for those sessions and forfeit the rest of the container. Part of this work, resistance will show up. I encourage you to finish the entirely of the package to see results. However, I also honor you and your heart.
Is there an option to try a session out first?
Absolutely. I offer the first 45 minute Clarity Call free. Beyond that, I don't find one off sessions to be the most supportive. I have found that ongoing support consistently can provide optimal results.
How long is this container?
I have 6-12 month packages. I offer a very limited amount of 3 month to someone specific ( You are very clear on your goals and have done some inner work). We can design a package perfect for you and your goals.
How is this different than therapy?
Therapy mainly focuses on healing and going into the past while discovering what is present in your world now. In coaching, together we come up with 1 goal for the time we work together and you will be taking massive action from a place of acceptance moving toward that goal while also doing deep inner energetic work.
Can I resign after6 months?
Yes, you can resign month to month upon completing the 6 months. I also offer bi-weekly monthly packages to those who want to resign or voxer support.

I’ve tried x,y,z…. Why is this different?
Because it’s me. There is no other me out there;-). We do deep inner energetic work and shift from the inside out while taking concrete grounding action. The outer physical reality also shifts when you do the inner work. I combine years of study's into my own approach.
